Eating Out by Rebecca

Dear Grandma,
  Hi! How are you? Are you happy in China? I really wish you were in Hong Kong, because I cannot see you now.
  Last summer holiday was your birthday, can you remember it? Dad took us to a beautiful restaurant in Causeway Bay. It was a buffet! The restaurant was colorful and beautiful. I saw some waitresses and waiters, they were very kind!
  We sat beside the window, so we could the pretty view. I could smell a lot of yummy food, wow! There were so much food to eat, such as crab, clam, fried rice and sushi. Mum likes fried rice very much, so she took a lot of delicious fried rice. Dad likes to eat seafood, because it was tasty, so he took many seafood such as shrimp and squid. Ice-cream was my favourite, because ice-cream was sweet and there were many flavors like chocolate, mango and green tea, I chose the vanilla ice-cream. Grandma felt very excited because it was her birthday.
   We ate a lot of food such as fried noodles, chicken, lobster and soup. I drank a lot of chicken soup. It was very yummy. The chicken was very fresh and fair. My sister ate a lot of raw fish sushi. The sushi were very pretty.
  Then, we ate dessert! I ate a lot of ice-cream. It was very cool. My sister got her favourite jelly. She loved the lemon jelly very much. Mum ate  a delicious chocolate cake. Although it was brown, but I thought it is beautiful! My Dad did not like dessert. At last we gave the birthday gift to Grandma. She was very excited and surprised when she saw the gift box. Wow! It was a colourful necklace, my sister wanted  to have the gift very much because it was very smart looking.
  What a perfect and exciting day, because we ate many many yummy food. Although we felt very tired, because we walked for a long time, it was a very happy day.
   I really wish you can come to Hong Kong in Christmas holiday and we can go to  eat the delicious and tasty buffet again!
