           How are you? I really hope you can be here now.

           Last week was Mum’s 39^th birthday. Mum chose the in Cha Wan a sushi restaurant because she likes eating sushi very much. This restaurant serves a lot of food from Japan. They are famous for their sushi and burned skewer, like eel sushi and chicken burned skewer. When we got there, a kind waiter said politely to us “Welcome to our restaurant.” Then he took us to a brown table. On the brown table, it has wasabi, soy sauce, chop and some cups. On the ceiling, there were many beautiful autumn leaves and some noisy songs playing. It was enjoyable.     

My little brother easily chose the sushi like crab meat sushi, meat floss sushi and yellowtail sushi because he likes spicy food very much. Mum wanted to try some thing fantastic, so she ordered a ark shell soup because it is fresh and peppery, so she liked it very much. Dad wanted to try something fantastic too, so he ordered a flower of love because it was cool and sour, so he liked it very much. I wanted to try something new, so I chose the beef burned skewer instead of the corn burned skewer because I like crispy food very much. After the main course, I was still not full because the burned skewer was too small.   

            Next, it was time for dessert. Mum and I shared a slice of smooth chocolate cake with strawberries topping. Mum and I loved it very much because it was flavorful! Dad and my brother shared a glass of cool green tea. After dad had paid the bill at the cashier, we sang an English birthday song to mum. She was very surprised and glad after the birthday song!    

            Although we waited for a long time for the food but it services were good, so all of us enjoyed the dinner very much.

            I hope you can visit us soon, so that we could go to this sushi restaurant and enjoy the food happily there. I know you will love it too!
