Eating Out by Mandy

Dear Aunt Mary,

How are you ? I miss you very much and wish you will come to see me.

27thSeptember,2009, mum decided to go to the Chinese restaurant in Wan Chai to celebrate my good performance in dictation,100 marks and my dad’s birthday because she went there before and she thought the food there was flavourful .

When we got there, I saw a waiter, he smiled and took us to a small table behind the window , so we can see outside the view . There were many decoration , also ,I saw some small green flowers.

First , It was starter ,my sister did not eat any starter, she said she wanted to keep fit .My dad and mum chose the spicy crab because we like spicy food .The service of the restaurant was good . The foods came very fast .Next ,It was time for main course,my dad and mum shared a rosted duck because the rosted duck was meaty .It was big ,hot and tasted crispy .My sister chose the peppery prawn because she liked to eat spicy food very much .It smelt and taste very spicy but it was delicious! I chose the food also, I ordered the fried noodles because it was my favourite food .It was gooey.

Last, it was time for dessert. I chose a chocolateice-cream .It is soft and cool .It smelt sweet and looked like a small ball .my sister said it was very tasty .My dad and mum ordered the ice-cream on it and it was very yummy , I love it very much !Before we left ,we gave dad his birthdaypresent-clothing .He was very surprised because he did not think his present would be so beautiful before!

     I was fond of this dinner because this dinner was special .I hope you can celebrate with me so that I will be more pleased.
